Ensemble Moiré

Ensemble Moiré is a multidisciplinary project that brings together contemporary artistic disciplines through its own artistic language, creating a shared form of expression.

It takes its name and inspiration from the moiré effect: overlapping, slightly offset patterns produce wave-like forms. This visual phenomenon serves as a metaphor for the power of interplay and mutual influence between different art forms.

With contemporary music as its centre of gravity, the ensemble develops artistic perspectives on themes of our time. The resulting concert formats expand traditional ways of experiencing art and create a direct connection between sound, space and audience.
